Florida Property Check ("we") is operated by Hubflow Consulting, based in British Columbia, Canada. This page describes what we collect and what we do with it, in plain language.

What we collect

• Email address — only if you type it into a signup box. We use it to send the launch note and occasional product updates. Every email includes an unsubscribe option, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
• Search queries — when the property checker is live, the addresses searched are logged in aggregate form to understand which areas people care about. These logs are not tied to your name, email, or any account. We have no accounts.
• Standard server logs — like nearly every website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes IP addresses and browser information to serve pages and prevent abuse.

What we deliberately do not do

• No advertising trackers, no analytics pixels, no session recording, no chat widgets, and no fingerprinting scripts run on this site.
• We do not collect your device's GPS location. Any address we look up is one you typed.
• We do not sell personal information. If we ever license data products, they are built from public parcel records and aggregate statistics — never from your identity or contact details.
• We store one flag in your browser's localStorage (whether you have already given an email) so we don't ask twice. No tracking cookies.

Where data lives and how long

Emails and aggregate logs are stored with our infrastructure providers (Cloudflare). We keep emails until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion, and aggregate query logs indefinitely in non-identifying form.

If this policy changes in a way that matters, the date above changes with it.
